The following terms and conditions apply to the agreement entered into between ourselves, GoBananas, and yourselves; the 'Customer'. The term 'Supplier' applies to anyone who has authorized us to sell a 'Voucher' for one or more of their 'Activities'. A 'Voucher' is a promise, by GoBananas and the Supplier, to provide the 'Activity' as described, subject only to availability, to the bearer of the Voucher. The 'Website' we refer to is this site, "http://giftvouchers.gobananas.co.uk" or - where applicable - "http://restaurantgiftvoucher.co.uk". The purchase and redemption of the Voucher are subject to the following terms:

Buying the Voucher

1. You are buying a Gift Voucher from GoBananas and not the Supplier who has agreed to provide the Activity upon redemption of the Voucher.

2. When you purchase a Voucher, the Voucher is sent immediately via email either to you, the Customer, or as a gift to another person as specified by you.

2i. Some online email clients, such as Hotmail and Yahoo, sometimes take a little longer to deliver mail. Some vouchers might not appear immediately in the inbox of the Recipient of the Voucher

2ii. If a Voucher hasn't appeared, you might want to check the 'spam' folder, due to heightened security settings on your email filters. You will never receive a compromised email from GoBananas.

Redeeming the Voucher

1. When you purchase a Voucher, it cannot be used within 7 days of purchase.

1i. This 7-day window allows for payments to clear and our systems to update so that the Supplier can check validity of the Voucher

2. When booking an activity or meal you must book at least 48 hrs beforehand.

2i. In order for you to successfully redeem your gift voucher, you must notify the Supplier when booking that you have a Voucher and provide the Voucher I.D.
